From 7 July 2023, IZNES will appear as joint centralising agent alongside BNP Paribas SA, for registered units in registered form or units registered in a Shared Electronic Registration System (DEEP), and reserved solely for corporate investors acting on their own behalf and approved in advance by Carmignac Gestion.

BNP PARIBAS S.A. remains the centralising agent for bearer units to be registered or units registered with Euroclear France.

This addition has no impact on the fund’s risk/return profile or investment strategy.
